I was very curious when I was a child, as a first generation American, I faced a lot of responsibility. I was the jack of all trades in my household, I was in charge of translating for my parents along with the usual "tech" questions. I would occasionally help my parents work their newest iPhones to downloading music into my mom's iPod mini, which, in fact-still works. Because of this, my curiosity was peaked once I found out about Tumblr. I spent most of my days and nights on Tumblr, from doing typical moldboards, visual design and a bit of coding.
As I grew older, I was pushed into the career of Psychology. I enjoyed helping those around me, I enjoyed helping my community when it came to helping the low-income families of Bronx, New York, but somehow, someway, I was always drawn back to visual design. I then decided to take a big step and enroll in the Product Design course at Flatiron School.
As passion leads the way, I decided to pursue a career that allows me to follow my life-long passion for design, utilize my strengths and experiences purposefully to create meaningful, memorable experiences for everyone on the web and beyond.
